Can't leave $ outta the discussion bc 99% of wealth is created intergenerationally in this country, and Black Americans have been purposefully denied that privilege with every generation through a variety of explicit (slavery) and implicit (Jim Crow) measures. Most issues that affect black people disproportionately are at least related in part to wealth disparity. Marriage usually costs $ and wealthier people marry more. Number one factor leading to divorce is also prob $, that's what causes discord among couples.

Women don't generally love their husbands. Why would a man who wants love pursue education and career? No one is attracted to a masters degree. It seems to me that black men are wise to eschew education and career if they are looking for love. It is difficult to pursue education and career and hit the gym and learn game at the bar like you need to if you want love. Men want a life-long relationship too, but what does that have to do with marriage? If a woman wants to stay with you, she will. If she doesn't, a marriage isn't going to make her stay with you. Even if it did, do you want a woman who doesn't want to be anywhere near you to be staying with you because she has no choice in the matter?

I loved the guy on the left (Krause?) Saying he thought it would have been better focusing on the interest of protecting human life, even though he's a self declared liberal, and think I'd have a great conversation with him. Jamal next to him also seemed relatable in his intelligence and being careful to not overstate things as facts. I didn't get to hear as much from the guy on his right, but Michael had the most solid positions imo. I thought his answer was great on why this is not a sexist issue to oppose abortion, though abortion on demand would allow sexism in selecting to abort a fetus because of gender, and I appreciated his consistency and scientific harmony on when life starts and protecting human life, while also saying there are some occasions where a life may be killed like self defense. This guy made the most consistent sense to me.

Google Dictionary defines emancipation as "the fact or process of being set free from legal, social,, or political restrictions, liberation." Roe v. Wade carries such emancipation for women, it is a limit in society where men should decide what a female can or cannot do with their lives, and their bodies. Roe v. Wade implies such freedom of emancipation from a patriarchal society deciding over female bodies. It should be an end to how much any man can decide for us. Women need to be receiving an income equal to that of men. However, even today in 2022 in many jobs and positions, the door is not open for them. It is a limit to your misogynistic approach to equality the Constitution and the laws grant for women. It is obvious that our Government and society doesn't care so much about women or they will pay them the same income, prostitution would be nonexistent and pornography, even children pornography would not exist. Take guns for instance, here in California claims that our government cares more for guns than they do about women. It is sad because to overturn Roe v. Wade doesn't accomplish any issue but to save a dollar for each state that refuses to provide healthcare, because females will remain having abortions as much as they have since the beginning of time. Do you remember the 1800 hundreds when ladies use to throw themselves from the top of the stairs? Roe v. Wade is the correct decision.

Why abortion is an issue in America, is it because America is overpopulated? The answer is no. If Roe v Wade was wrongly decided and it led to thousands of newborns being put to death, doesn't it need to be rectified? What message are American mothers teaching their children? That it is OK to have unsafe sex and then resort to abortion if it leads to a woman being pregnant. Who are we to decide how the Supreme Court judges should decide? The fact that they have lifetime tenure means that they will decide impartially without any fear or threat of being replaced. Let them do their job which is to allow the individual states to make their own laws on abortion - for or against it. What is the problem? Is this asking too much?

I also believe that there has been much attention focused on Black females recently to the extent that some consider them a new 'model minority' and therefore a desirable group (for various reasons.) Your thesis that marriageable Black women would serve themselves by considering interracial marriage is startling in the similarity to the policy that was implemented in Brazil to 'solve the Negro problem.' Even your own rationale is almost identical to that given in that country during Portuguese colonialism. I also believe that you make unwarranted claims in your rationale such as use of statistical inference and assumptions about goals of marriage that are not valid. although there are many Blacks of both gender who agree with your conclusion, their reasons are more straightforward: i.e. the white male black female union is more advantageous for the offspring than bf/bm unions. There are also reasons that white policy makers would support your work. It supports the same rationale of white males who practiced genocide by rape of black women in this country to create a buffer class to manage the 'negro problem.' You seem to be among the latest crop of "educators' carrying on the 'miseducation of the Negro.'
